Studying to make natural skincare products was a general interest for me. I started making really easy oil-based moisturizers for fun in my kitchen and I just did that for years and years and years. And then I think for me it was just a very natural progression that I decided to take it to the next level.
I had no clue about shelf-stability and natural preservatives so I looked for a school that could help me which led me to the School of Natural Skincare and enrolling on the Certificate in Making Natural Skincare Products and the Diploma in Natural Skincare Formulation.
The courses just opened my eyes to a whole new world and I just sort of decided, you know what? I’m going to make it and I’m just going to go for it. Now I’m much more educated in the importance of preservatives, pH, and ingredients in general. I loved the whole course – the Certificate and the Diploma. So much useful and important information.”
